I only use nickel free sterling silver. All silver will tarnish when it comes in contact with the sulfur in the atmosphere and on your skin – the climate as well as your individual body chemistry, will determine how quickly the jewelry starts to turn colors. Sterling silver turns colors when it comes in contact with bodily fluids – this is why it’s important to never wear a silver nose ring in a fresh piercing! If your sterling silver does tarnish, simply wipe it down with any polishing cloth to restore the high polish. (For satin finish sterling use the scratchy side of a sponge to remove discoloration)

Avoid rubbing or wiping any plated gold jewelry to make the gold covering last longer. If it gets wet, just let it air dry. My plated jewelry is made with a sterling silver base. After extended wear the silver will start to show through. It can be re-plated for a small fee, message me for details. Solid gold pieces will not fade.

I made this lovely septum ring entirely from sterling silver. Twist open and close to keep the circle shape, the ends are smooth for easy insertion. Can be worn in a variety of piercings.

Choose your gauge and inside diameter for a custom fit!
Each hoop has about a 1mm gap between the next.

Gauge sizes measure:
14 gauge = 1.6mm
16 gauge = 1.2mm
18 gauge = 1mm
20 gauge = .8mm

This is nice, but the pictures make it look much darker. I should have looked at some of the review pictures because it is very much a bright silver. Also, the way the extra loops are soldered on, it makes a hard stop which really irritated my piercing after wearing it for more than a day or two. I really like the look of it while in and will use it for fancy outings and things, but I will never leave in for more than a few hours ever again.

I said I’d come back, and her I am again. Love this triple ring, and it’s a perfect size. I typically get my inner size a 10mm, but gave the 9mm a try, and it fits like a glove. Thank you! 14g / 9mm.
