This darling felt party hat is the perfect addition to any birthday party. Each party hat is approximately 6" tall, has a white scalloped trim around the base, a pom pom on the top, and has an elastic band designed to fit either under the chin or around the back of the head.

HOW TO ORDER:
In the drop down menu, please select how far out your event is from the day you place your order. Please be sure to let me know the exact *date* of the event in the notes when you check out so I can be sure to get it to you in time. If you need your hat even more quickly, send me a message and we can chat!

Please also select how old your child is. This will determine the length of the elastic.

In the "personalization" section below the drop down menus, tell me which colors from the color chart you've chosen for your hat as well as the *date* you need it.
For example:
Hat: white
Pom Pom (3-4 colors): baby pink, sky blue and white
Need by Feb 3rd.

**Due to the time-sensitive nature of this item, it is helpful for me if you leave the date of the party in the notes to seller section when you check out. I always work as quickly as I can on an order, but this will help insure that I give the post office plenty of time to deliver your party set on time. Thank you!
