A handmade rice or ramen bowl -- perfect for your Asian entree! The noodle bowl design features a split rim filled with small peas/beads made of clay. It's unusual and beautirul.

The glaze - one I call WooHoo - features shades of gray, brown, red, blue and black. It's stunning.

I made this thai bowl on my pottery wheel out of stoneware clay. It measures 3.5" high x 6" across and holds around 3-4 cups of rice. I also make similar bowls in a larger size for pho: https://blueskypotteryco.etsy.com/listing/37979536

It is very difficult to gift wrap your pottery since I need to make sure it has lots of bubblewrap and peanuts surrounding it so it arrives intact. However, I am very happy to tie a ribbon around the packing material and to include a hand written card with a message from you inside the box. I ordered a set of two noodle bowls for my brother and his wife for Christmas. It was a real pleasure to work with Deb at Blue Sky Pottery to both purchase and send the bowls; it was fairly close to Christmas, but she shipped these out incredibly quickly (like, within hours of purchase!) and they arrived at my brother's well in advance of the holidays. The bowls arrived so fast and were packaged very carefully so nothing broke. Everything was exactly as I expected and was even prettier in person.
