The actual color of the item may be slightly different from the picture which is only a representation of the item’s style. The monitor used can significantly darken or change the displayed picture of the item, and there may also be some slight differences due to hand-dying process. All dimensions are manual measurement unavoidable error. If you buy the product that made from crazy horse leather(which is one of full grain leather). It is easy to get scratched, but it will become smoother and smoother with the passage of time. If you mind scratches, please do not buy it. If you buy it, you agree that scratches may occur, and this will not be used as a reason for after-sales service.

Can I choose the engrave color of the product

Sorry, NO ONE can decide the color of engraving, engraving itself has no color, it depends on the color and material of the product itself, if you buy a customized product and want to carve some of your personalized content, please be aware that none of us can decide the color of engraving, even the same bag may be carved out of two colors. This is inevitable in the engraving products, if you mind please do not buy, if purchased, it is regarded as you agree to this, we will not bear this after-sales. Thanks for your understanding.

Custom and personalized orders

Original order, the processing time will be 1-3 days. For the custom order, it depends on the difficulty degree of your custom order. Usually it will take about 7 business days. ***How to buy multiple bags with different engravings*** If you can't find the quantity selector, just click Add to cart and modify quantity on cart page (before doing this, make sure you have correctly selected other options like Colors, and commented all necessary personalize information for all items in Add personalization section) OR add item to cart one by one (by this method, you can buy items that with different colors, variations..)

How can I buy if I don't have a paypal account? Why didn't the credit card pay successfully?

Credit card payment may have errors, we recommend paying through PayPal, no matter if you have a PayPal account or not. You can still use your credit card to pay through PayPal. After being forwarded to PayPal page, click Checkout as Guest and then fill in your Email, credit card and billing address, in the end click Continue as Guest and you'll be forwarded to Etsy order confirmation page, click Confirm, DONE!

What should I do if my order(s) is/are returned by shipping company

Why has my order taken so long to receive?

Not exactly as pictured, for example cut and color of bag. The bag I received is more orange than tan. NOT FULL GRAIN, made FROM Full Grain leather. Definitely not worth the price but not a bad product.
