How do I measure my cushions?

All cushion covers are custom made to the measurements provided at checkout. Please measure carefully using our measurement diagrams located in the listing photos. For the best fit: • Measure seam to seam • Include cushion depth/thickness • If your cushions are heavily overstuffed or rounded, we recommend adding 1–2 inches to the cushion depth for a more comfortable fit • Double check all measurements before ordering If you are unsure how to measure your cushion shape, please send us a message through Etsy before ordering and we will be happy to help.

What type of cushion covers do you offere?

We offer both elastic fitted cushion covers and full enclosure zipper cushion covers depending on the listing selected. Elastic fitted covers: • Stretch securely around the cushion • Easy to remove for cleaning • No zipper closure Zipper enclosure covers: • Fully enclosed cushion cover • Hidden zipper closure • Tailored upholstery-style appearance Optional upgrades such as piping and ties may be available for an additional charge depending on the design selected. All covers are custom made to order.

Do you offer fabric samples?

Yes. Fabric samples are available for most fabric options. Samples help confirm: • Color • Texture • Fabric weight • Overall compatibility with your space Please note that colors may appear differently depending on monitor and device settings.

Where are your products made?

All cushion covers are handmade in the USA. We are a veteran and woman-owned small business specializing in custom cushion covers for RVs, indoor furniture, patio furniture, dinettes, benches, sofas, and more.

What is your turnaround time?

Current turnaround time is approximately 3–4 weeks depending on fabric availability and current order volume. Shipping transit times are separate from production time and are not guaranteed by the carrier. Rush processing may occasionally be available depending on our current schedule.

Do you accept returns or cancellations?

Because all items are custom made to the measurements and fabric selections provided by the customer, returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom orders. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact us through Etsy so we can help resolve the problem.

Care Instructions: Please review each individual listing for specific fabric care instructions. Most cotton fabrics: • Machine wash cold on delicate cycle • Tumble dry low • Air drying is recommended to help minimize shrinkage, especially for tightly fitted covers Most polyester water-resistant fabrics: • Spot clean or wipe with mild soapy water for best results • Machine washing may reduce the fabric’s water-resistant properties over time

Where do I find a list of available fabrics?

Most available fabric options can be viewed throughout our Etsy shop listings. You may also browse fabric categories directly within our Etsy shop to see currently available styles and colors. If you are looking for a specific fabric or do not see what you need, please send us a message through Etsy and we will be happy to help.
