🎁 Are the earrings sold by pair or single? Most of our earrings are sold by pair, unless stated otherwise. Some items come as a curated set of multiple earrings (not pairs): • COM501, COM502, COM503 → sold as pairs • COM504, COM505, COM506, COM507 → sold as sets (2 or 3 earrings) If in doubt, just message us — we’re happy to help!

💎 How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid showers, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals. Remove before sleep or exercise. Store in a dry place — not in the bathroom or original shipping box. Gold-plated items need special care to maintain shine.

Yes — just message us if you place multiple orders. We’ll combine them and refund extra shipping if possible. Gift wrapping is available for $4. Let us know how many boxes you need.

Yes! We love custom pieces. If you’d like a different finish (gold, silver, rose gold) or stone (topaz, opal, moonstone…), just ask. Custom orders are final and non-refundable.

🖐️ Are your pieces handmade?

Yes — all our jewelry is handmade in our studio in Mallorca, Spain. Each piece is crafted individually using traditional techniques and great care. We embrace subtle variations and tool marks as part of the beauty of handmade work — no two pieces are exactly alike. We create with soul, not machines.

💎 What materials do you use?

We use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials: 925 Sterling Silver, Argentium Silver (extra tarnish-resistant), 14K Gold Filled (USA), and 24K/18K Gold Plated over silver. Our finishes are tested and certified by ITEB. We use natural gemstones, AAA++ lab zirconia and opals, and pearls from responsibly managed aquifers. All pieces are nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free

🧼 Can I shower with my jewelry?

We recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or visiting hot tubs or thermal baths. Even high-quality pieces can dull or tarnish with constant exposure to water, soaps, and humidity. Taking care of your jewelry helps preserve its shine and beauty over time.
