Please be careful when choosing your ring size, as your ring is made-to-order, just for you. It is hightly recommended that you get measured by a professional jeweller before purchasing this ring. Alterations to your ring are subject to additional fees (to cover the time taken to adjust your ring size and postage costs). And in most circumstances, resizing will alter the design.

Each piece of jewellery is handmade to order by me, in my studio in Newcastle upon Tyne. Your order will be sent out within 1-3 working days of purchase. Delivery time depends on which option you choose at the checkout and the country of delivery.

Please note that once posted, delivery times are out of the control of Ruby Tynan Jewellery. If you are worried about your order getting to you on time, please opt for tracked service.

It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If paying by PayPal, please double check the delivery address you enter is correct. If you notice the error after placing an order, and providing your order has not been dispatched, get in touch immediately informing us of the error. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

If the parcel is returned to us, you will then be asked whether you would prefer your order be re-delivered (at your cost) or refunded.

Each ring is handmade to order to your opted size, and therefore it cannot be exchanged. As resizing requires additional work, with some resizing jobs needing to be made again from scratch, there is a small fee for this service.

This fee is to cover the time taken to resize your ring, and to cover the cost of posting the ring back to you. Details of which can be found here.
