For International Customers – Customs, Import Taxes, and Returns

Since every country has a different import tax rate, we are not able to estimate the actual amount. Customs charges are duties and taxes regulated by the destination country for incoming items, and unfortunately, this is entirely outside of our control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs. Please note that for international orders, we are not able to provide return shipping labels. If there is an issue with the item, the buyer is responsible for sending it back to us. Once we receive it and confirm that it is a product defect, we will repair it free of charge and ship it back to you at no cost.

Production time & Rush Order

Since most items are the 'made to order', please note that it may take up to 3 - 10 business days for items to be ready for shipping. However, most of the orders will be shipped within a week. If you need to receive your order by the specific date, please contact us by Etsy convo beforehand. We will rush an order to make sure it arrives on time. We may ask you to purchase the expedited shipping method to ensure timely delivery. Rush orders are not refundable.
