It is your responsibility to order the correct diameter. Please make sure you order the correct size. I recommend getting it measured by a professional piercer or if you currently wear a hoop, you can measure the distance across with a ruler to find the diameter.

Due to the custom nature and sanitary issues involved with returns, I do not accept Returns. If you do have an issue with a piece of jewelry you ordered, please feel free to contact me.

Unless your jewelry arrives broken or damaged, I do not issue refunds as I cannot accept your jewelry back due to sanitary reasons.

What if my order is incorrect?

If for some reason the color, setting, or size is different than what you ordered, please contact me so that I can resolve the issue.

If you would like a pair of matching pieces (lip rings, rooks, daiths, etc.) please order them together so I can make sure they match. Do to the fact that each piece is handmade, I can't guarantee they will be a perfect match unless I make them at the same time.

Are these pieces hard to install?

Not really, but they are rather different than ordinary rings, so they can be tricky at first. Niobium does bend rather easily, you can usually bend it with your fingers (NOTE: smaller diameters will be harder to bend). You may put it in upside the first time. If you do, insert the jewelry through the other side of the piercing and this should correct the issue. All of this can be rather irritating on your piercing so I personally recommend having a piercer install the jewelry.

How is the metal colored?

Anodizing is a method for changing the surface chemistry of metals using electrical currents. No inks, dyes or platings are used in the Anodizing process. When used on Niobium this causes the metal to change colors. This process is considered 'semi-permanent'. As the jewelry is worn, friction will gradually cause the color to fade over time. With the exception of Silver (Niobiums natural color) and Black, which isn't an anodized color, all the other colors are considered semi-permanent.
