2) Receive Instructions
We will reach out to you with all the necessary details, including the address where you will send the inclusions.

3) Confirmation of Receipt
Once we receive your package, we will notify you. From this point, please allow us up to 15 business days to craft your keepsake.

4) Preview of Your Keepsake
When your order is complete, we’ll send you photos of the finished piece so you can see your keepsake before it ships.

5) Final Delivery
We will then securely package and ship your keepsake to you, along with any unused hair/fur/ashes.


Please note all custom keepsake jewellery will be completely unique based on the ashes, hair or fur inside. The photos in this listing are examples I have made.

IMPORTANT:
Please note that in order to comply with Etsy dispatch times, we need to receive your inclusions within 4 weeks after you place the order.
If, for any reason, your sample doesn't arrive in this time frame, we will provide a coupon code for the total amount of the ordered items. The shipping cost will be refunded.
Your order will be marked as dispatched, and the tracking number will be your coupon code.
Your coupon code will also match your original order number.
The coupon code will be valid for the next 24 months, and you are welcome to use it anytime during this period.
