All products are made to order and can take 1-3 business day to make depending on queue, but we will always try to make your product as soon as possible SMELL: - Any smells from the laser cutters will dissipate over time. ACRYLIC: - Will have a protective film/cover on both sides, this may look White, Clear, Green or Blue and is easily be peeled off before use. - Do not use abrasive cleaning products on these items The WOODEN products: - MIGHT have a yellow/cream protective cover on the products - The Wood may have some scorch marks on each side of the material. This is due to the cutting process in the laser cutter and marks can easily be removed with sanding.

ACRYLIC: will warp or discolour if placed in direct sunlight or extreme elements WOOD: Wooden items will need it to be varnished / sealed to protect it from the elements if you plan on using them outside.

Laser cutting Services: is for Design and Cut services using our laser cutters, we have 4 packages available (info listed on product page) ranging from simple designing to complex multi-layer products. Orders can take 24 hours to go though to the laser cutters, packing then post. There is an estimated time of arrival on the product page, but projects wont be edited/drawn and cut until the order has been placed (though we are happy to check over your file and tweak it beforehand) Large orders or Batch orders - will take longer, but if you let us know your deadline and requirements we can see what we can do

RETURNS basic information:

PLEASE NOTE:
Everything is made to order. Acrylic items will come with a protective cover on both sides and the plywood/mdf due to the cutting process may have some small burn marks but this can easily be removed using sandpaper.
