How do I personalize this item?

First, add the item to your cart. Then, in the check-out, describe all your personalization details in the “note to seller”. Include the text, font preference and layout specifications. If you have an image you want to use, it can be sent directly to the shop owner through the Etsy messaging tool.

Can I choose my font?

Yes! We can engrave almost any font available. All you have to do is include your choice of font in the "note to seller" when you check-out. Also, I have hundreds of amazing fonts just waiting to be used, so if you have a font style in mind, just let me know and I can offer you some font options to suit your design.

Can I see a proof/mock-up?

Yes! Once you place an order, a proof of the engraving or embroidery design will be provided for your approval, usually within a couple of days. You will have an opportunity to make any necessary changes to the design before we customize your order.

When will my order ship?

Our usual turn-around time is 3-5 business days, however some orders can take up to 8-10 days to complete. This depends on many different factors. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, include this information in the “note to seller” during the check-out and we will do our best to get the order shipped ASAP. If you’re really in a hurry to get the item delivered, contact the shop owner before placing your order and we can usually arrange to rush the processing in 1-2 days and expedite the shipment for an additional cost.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Customers in North America, once your order has shipped with the standard shipping option, it will take 4-10 business days for the item to arrive. Overseas customers, delivery could take anywhere from 10 days to 12 weeks, depending on the size and weight of the package. Please contact the shop owner for the shipping options available in your country. If you want your shipment expedited, contact the shop owner first.

Can I arrange to pick-up my order?

Yes! We do offer local pick-ups from our office location in Brampton. Contact the shop owner for a coupon code to waive the shipping fee.
