If you'd like to add a personal touch to your order, we’d be happy to include a greeting card – just let us know in advance. As for packaging, we use multiple layers of protection to securely package each product, ensuring its safe delivery.

Will I need to pay any customs fees or import taxes?

✅ USA: No, you won’t need to pay anything extra. Although a 10% import duty applies to Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you. ✅ EU & UK: If your order is under €150, VAT is already included at checkout through Etsy. There's no need to pay it again upon delivery. 👉 Please note: Some countries may charge additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees based on local laws. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If you have any questions — feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!

We always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but the usual preparation time is 1–5 business days. Please note: we process and ship orders only on business days — Monday to Friday, weekends are not included.
