Custom and personalized orders

I love custom orders!! Please contact me before checkout to verify that any themes, colors, or variations are available if not already available in listing.

My typical turnaround is 3-5 days and holds true for most orders. As a full-time student, mother, and Etsy shop owner I try to get things made as soon as I can, but my hectic schedule can delay the process. Everything will ship before it's deadline, but if you need your items by a specific date PLEASE let me know so I can ensure they arrive with ample cushion time.

Need it by a certain date?

PLEASE let me know if you have a party deadline so that I can do my best to ensure that the product will arrive in time. Rush orders may require shipping upgrade charges but will be determined depending on the situation. My turnaround time is typically 3-5 days, and after your order is shipped I cannot promise any specific delivery date as it is in USPS's hands.

I ship USPS, which means that delivery dates and delays are beyond my control. Items cannot be returned for delayed delivery or other issues that occur after shipment. If you need your order by a specific date please let me know so I can do my best to ensure your items arrive in time for your event!
