All customizations are completed by the shop owner after the purchase is complete. You will not be able to immediately download the file.

1. Complete the requested personalization information.
2. Add this item to your cart.
3. Complete the purchase.
4. The shop owner will then edit the document with the provided information and email you a proof.
5. Upon approval of the proof, the shop owner will then provide you with the PDF file.
6. You may then print and prepare the documents.

Timeline
The customization of a product will start immediately after the purchase has been completed. You will receive a proof within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Final files will be sent out within 24 hours of proof approval. Please contact me prior to purchase if you need files quicker. Additional fees may be required based on the complexity of the changes requested.

Customization
I will do my best to maintain the look of the original image posted above. Due to variation in the number of characters provided by the buyer, I may need to edit font size or move things around to accommodate. I will attempt to accommodate any additional changes that the buyer may request but please contact me prior to your purchase to ensure that it is possible. If additional customizations are too complex, there may be additional fees.

Printing
This shop is not responsible for the printing quality of the final product. Colors may vary once printed, due to differences in printers and the screen it is viewed on.
