All items are gift wrapped in tissue paper and tied with matching wool and a LittlePoppetKnits tag. If you would like your item to be posted as a gift to someone else I'm happy to include a gift card with a message at no extra charge, please add the details when you order (and remember to write who the gift is from!). If you would like your parcel wrapped in gift paper, either for Christmas or another occasion, please add the gift wrapping option. It's really helpful if you can tell me if it's for a boy or girl but if you don't I'll find something suitable for either.

The thickness is between 4ply and aran in the UK and somewhere between sport weight and worsted weight elsewhere, so it's perfect for baby clothes - warm and cosy in the winter but also fine on cooler days in the summer.

I'm happy to make custom orders to the same patterns as those already in my shop but for different sizes and colours.

Care instructions are listed for each item as different wool has different instructions for washing, drying and ironing. I always post the care instructions out with an order which really helps if you're buying something as a gift.

The measurements for each item are listed in my descriptions - these are really useful to check against an existing item of clothing. Babies do vary in size and shape, just like grown-ups, so please ask if you would like any help.
