DIGITAL PRODUCTS

For digital products, our contract starts when you order. Your files will be available to download when your payment is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: because of the nature of digital items, unless they are faulty, I can’t accept cancellations, returns or give refunds.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

For physical products my acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and I will take place when I dispatch the goods to you. Up until that point, there will be no contract in place between us.


Cancelling An Order Before Dispatch
------------------------------------------------
You may cancel your order before I have dispatched it, or before the items have been personalised in the case of personalised orders. Please contact me as soon as possible through Etsy.


Returning Unwanted Items
------------------------------------
If you change your mind about your order after I have dispatched it, contact me within 14 days from the day after your order is delivered. Ideally contact me through Etsy, or use the contact details above. You may use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you don’t need to.

PLEASE NOTE: This right to cancel and return excludes digital, custom, or personalised items.

If the goods have not yet been delivered to the customer, please refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender.

For goods which have been delivered, they must be returned to the above address within 14 days of notifying me that you wish to cancel. Returns are at customer risk and you are recommended to ensure suitable packing, insurance for loss or damage, and to use a tracked service. Please also include a note of the order number or name and address used on the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Returning the goods to me is your responsibility and any costs incurred will be at your own cost.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method. It will be actioned as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you supply evidence of sending the goods back, or (if earlier) 14 days after I receive the goods.

A full refund will be given for the returned items, providing they are in their original condition. The customer is chargeable, up to the original order value, for goods that are not received back, or are returned damaged.

You will be refunded the original delivery costs, but not any additional delivery costs you selected eg for a quicker service. You will not be refunded for the cost of returning the goods.
