All our products come in a Premium Kraft box. Please ask for gift wrapping.

All our bags and purses are made to order so it take 2-6 business days to have an order to ship. If you need your order sooner let us know, and we will be glad to help!

All our products are easy to wash in the washing machine. Just put your bag into a pillowcase (!) or a case for sensitives and wash at 30ᵒC degrees .
Let dry straight. Iron if needed. :)

Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate. If you should have a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately

More than a brand, BaggyBagShop proposes an alternative production model based on teamwork, parity and fair work terms. All baGGy bags and accessories are designed and manufactured entirely in Greece by us. Τhe whole production unit is located in Thessaloniki and collaborates with small local production units (raftadiko.gr, lasercutter.gr, Thomas Paparounas). Also we take all the photos (as photographers , models or both:)), we use to show our products and we do everything is possible to make baGGy a small but sustainable business.

We gladly accept custom and personalized orders , so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need a specific design or color combination in mind or you need an extra zipper pocket on your bag. Custom orders are final and may have different price and process time.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

You can upgrade to express shipping during check-out.

Your order will be shipped by Hellenic Post via Standard air mail.

Standard air mail doesn't include a tracking number so you won't be able to locate your package. If you wish to be able to trace it, Registered Mail is available (Tracking & Signature Confirmation). You can upgrade your shipping during check-out.

ONLY baGGy bags will be shipped including tracking number as a default option.

-NOTICE: In case you won't upgrade your shipping to Registered Mail during check-out and the package is lost or not delivered due to the post office we are not responsible.

In case you want to return or exchange an item ,I will refund you after I receive the item back and intact in its original package. Please, bear in mind, that any return shipping or customs fees are paid by you, as well as the fees to ship the new item to you.
