Our branded navy blue jewellery box is wrapped with a satin pink or purple ribbon.
The current production time is 15 business days from the moment we receive your sample of hair/ashes/flowers.
This lovely keepsake necklace is made to order. It can be filled with a lock of hair of a loved one, your child's first haircut, your pet's fur or anything else that you would like to keep close to your heart, safe and protected forever. The pendant can be personalised with a name or any wording you would like.
Each order is beautifully and lovingly packaged in our branded gift box, ready for gift giving.

The pendant can be fully customised. If you would like to change the colour of the ribbon or flowers, or if you have any other ideas, please let me know and I will do my best to fulfil your wishes.
WHITE AND VERY LIGHT BLONDE HAIR:
Some types of white and very light blonde hair become almost invisible in resin. The best way to check if the white/blonde hair will show inside your keepsakes is to submerge the hair underwater. If it is visible, it will most likely be visible in your jewellery.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) Place Your Order
Begin by placing your order to start the process of creating your personalised keepsake.
2) Receive Instructions
We will reach out to you with all the necessary details, including the address where you will send the inclusions.
3) Confirmation of Receipt
Once we receive your package, we will notify you. From this point, please allow us up to 15 business days to craft your keepsake.
4) Preview of Your Keepsake
When your order is complete, we’ll send you photos of the finished piece so you can see your keepsake before it ships.
5) Final Delivery
We will then securely package and ship your keepsake to you, along with any unused hair/fur/ashes.
Please note all custom keepsake jewellery will be completely unique based on the hair or fur inside. The photos in this listing are examples I have made.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that in order to comply with Etsy dispatch times, we need to receive your inclusions within 4 weeks after you place the order.
If, for any reason, your sample doesn't arrive in this time frame, we will provide a coupon code for the total amount of the ordered items. The shipping cost will be refunded.
Your order will be marked as dispatched, and the tracking number will be your coupon code.
Your coupon code will also match your original order number.
The coupon code will be valid for the next 24 months, and you are welcome to use it anytime during this period.
