We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed while en route. Once the package has left our premises, it is no longer under our control.

If an item is returned to us as unclaimed or is deemed undeliverable due to the customer providing an incorrect address, we will gladly re-ship the parcel to the correct address, but the customer must pay the shipping fees.

Yes, we gladly accept returns under certain circumstances. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us before returning your order.

In order to get a full refund, the returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be returned with their original packaging materials - tags, boxes and/or bags
- All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

We are not responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost, stolen, or damaged on their way back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (including import taxes, duties, and related customs fees), and original shipping fees are non-refundable

To extend the life of your jewelry, please make sure you do the following:

- Avoid getting it in contact with water, body lotions, perfumes and other harsh chemicals.
- Limit its exposure to direct sunlight.
- Store it in a cool, dry place - in an airtight container such as a ziplock bag.
- After each wear, gently remove makeup and oils that can transfer from your skin to your jewelry by wiping it clean with a soft cloth.
- Take off your jewelry before you go to sleep—it will do a great deal to help it last longer!

Please note: Once the parcel has left our hands, we have no control over it. If you don’t get the parcel within our estimated delivery times, then your parcel might be delayed. We also recommend you to check with your local Post Office.

We have a 100 days window to file a complaint with our local Post Office to claim or get a compensation for lost packages

While we do get a tracking number from our local Post Office for your order, unfortunately, we noticed that the tracking status of the parcel is no longer updated once the package leaves Romania. For these reasons, the only thing we can do is wait. If you don’t get the order within our estimated delivery times below, then your parcel might be delayed. We also recommend checking with your local post office. You might find your order there!
