Do you accept returns?

Yes! (and no). Custom-made and personalized goods are not eligible for return or exchange. Non-personalized, unused, regular production items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Cancellations are permitted within 48 hours of order placement.

When will I receive my order?

Unless otherwise specified, everything in the OCHRE handcrafted lineup is made-to-order just for you - production times vary by product-type and current workload, and the lead times are noted at checkout (these are updated regularly, so if you've had something in your cart for a while, the processing time may have changed). Your order is GUARANTEED to be in the mail by the scheduled ship date, we've never missed a single deadline!

These rugged leather watch bands are crafted using rich full-grain leathers from the famous Horween and Wickett & Craig tanneries.
Instead of a traditional buckle closure, these bracelets use a hidden shock cord - this unique approach offers the most comfortable fit possible. Since it doesn't have a fixed length, the soft leather cuff flexes and forms with every movement. Also, the absence of metal hardware under the wrist makes for a very smooth and seamless grip. Every hide is different, and each one will have its own signature look; range markings, scars, and wrinkles give each piece a unique character. The color examples were photographed under natural light, and they're a good representation of how the leather looks in person, but some variation is always to be expected. With regular exposure to dirt and everyday life, the materials will darken and take on a warm patina.

This is a beautiful and functional watchband It’s the only leather watch band I found that can slip over my wrist without buckles etc. very well made. The straps slide very easily onto my iwatch .
