Will my item look like the photos on the listing?

Yes. However, due to the unique nature of handmade products, please allow some minor variation in each finished product, especially if you order more than one of the same item. Fabric with obvious patterns may have differences in the pattern placement and so may vary slightly from item to item, but this will not affect the overall look of the design. Please be aware that due to the different settings of each individual device's monitor the colours displayed in pictures may vary. I try to capture the colours of my items as accurately as possible, however refunds cannot be issued due to these variations.

Cancellations and returns

If you change your mind about an order, please contact me within 12 hours of purchase to cancel. After this period, the item may have already been dispatched to you. Please contact me before returning an item so that I can give you all the details on how to return it.

It is recommended that all items involving fabric should be gently spot cleaned with a damp cloth only and not immersed in water unless otherwise stated. Items damaged due to negligence while cleaning will not be accepted for return.

Shipping information & shipping address

Please ensure you have read our shipping information before purchasing. Maison Phoenix's products are posted from the UK. Parcels to mainland UK addresses are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (Airmail). If you would like your order to be tracked, signed for and insured please contact me so I can get you an updated shipping cost. If you would like your items sent to a different address, please specify this in a message or convo to me at the time of purchase.

Shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland

Dear EU/NI customers, It’s with a heavy heart that I have stopped shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland since 7th December 2024 due to the General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) coming into effect. Currently there’s little guidance about this legislation for small businesses but I’m hopeful that I will be able to resume shipping to your countries in the near future.
