I print on a variety of brands. Please consult the size charts in each listing carefully, as different garments have specific fits. Men's and kid's shirts run pretty true to size, but women's garments can vary greatly. Feel free to contact me if you have any sizing questions! noelle@xenotees.com

While the ink I use it is permanent, you can greatly increase the life of the product by turning it inside out, washing in cold water, and hanging it to dry- or tumble drying on low. Everything is machine washable, and durable!

When will my order ship?

Most items ship within 1-3 business days, but some may take up to 2 weeks. Make sure to check your shopping cart for the "Ready to ship" estimate! If you need something sooner, just contact me to see if that's a possibility.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! All orders shipped to a US address have an option for Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express when checking out. For International orders, please contact me for time and cost on any shipping upgrades. Please note: when you choose an expedited shipping method, it only speeds up your order's time in transit, not how quickly it will be processed. Again, contact me if you need something sooner than your scheduled ship date, and I will do my best to comply.

Returns are accepted as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was received. Anything smelling heavily of perfume or cigarette smoke will not be refunded. Items can be returned for another item, or for store credit. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all items returned for a refund. Final Sale / Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are deemed defective in any way. Please contact us before returning any items.

What if my order goes missing?

Please contact me within 60 days of the order shipping so that I can investigate and work with you on a solution. USPS numbers get recycled quickly, and I will be unable to get accurate tracking after that time.

Not everything in my order was ready to ship out right away. Noelle was fantastic working with me to find an alternate item to complete my order. My order was shipped quickly and the items are better looking in person than online. Highly recommend this cute shop!!
