5 out of 5 starsI absolutely love my spider! She is more fluffy and bigger than stated in the ad (12" diagonal measurement). There was some loose fur when I opened the box but after a gentle brushing, there is no more shedding. Shipping only took about a week (it actually came from the states, I am in Canada). I didn't get any customs fees, which was a nice surprise!
