Not necessarily. You can send me one or I'm happy to design something for you at no extra cost.

How do you apply the edible prints...do you include instructions?

My edible prints can be applied to many things using products like icing, buttercream, chocolate and frosting (among others). Instructions are included with your purchase but feel free to contact me with any additional questions.

How long do your cookies last?

My edible image cookies last 4+ weeks at room temperature. You don't need to put them in the freezer unless your event is over 4 weeks from when you receive the cookies. If you freeze them, remove them from the bags after taking them out of the freezer so condensation doesn't form and possibly make the edible ink run.

How long do the edible prints last?

As long as you keep them in the air-sealed bag they come in and away from light, they can last up to 4 weeks and even longer.

Can you really do any design?

Yes I can! Well, I can't perform miracles and I won't do any designs that promote hate but other than that...yes. I don't think I've ever gotten a request I've had to refuse.

Where are your products made?

I built a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen that meets the town of Walpole, MA building and health department regulations. You can see photos of it on my social media (@merrygosweets).

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Should your order sustain damages caused by the shipping company, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include pictures of the damaged packaging and all damaged product. I will then evaluate the situation and if approved, either offer to remake your order or a refund. Let me know if you have any questions.
