What do I do if my "Ship To" address is incorrect?

If your Shipping address is incorrect, please notify me right away with the correct one so I can change it. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, I will not be able to refund or reship your Order until or unless your Order is returned to me. If your Order is returned, I will notify you & if you still want it, you will be responsible for paying the Shipping Cost again. If you do not want it, I would be able to refund your Order at that time minus the Shipping Charge as I can't get a refund on that. I appreciate your understanding of this Policy.

Do you sell Wholesale or offer discounts on larger quantities?

Unfortunately, no. I am a really small company & can not purchase large enough quantities to be able to offer either.

My purchase is not what I expected. What are my options?

Rarely is anyone ever disappointed but if you are, Please notify me with your issue. If we can not come up with an agreeable solution you are more than welcome to return the item(s). Return shipping costs are your responsibility & I will only be able to refund you for the item(s) only not the original shipping charge either in whole or in part. Items must be returned intact, complete & in same condition as shipped. Any item returned in any other condition may not be eligible for a full refund but a partial refund of the purchase price to be determined on the condition received. I appreciate your understanding of this policy.

What do I do if my Order is marked as "Delivered" but I did not receive it or it gets lost in the mail?

Although I am sympathetic, unfortunately I am not responsible for replacing or refunding any Orders that get lost in the mail, are stolen after delivery or are delivered to an address other than the one you provided that is printed on your Shipping Label. Please check with your Neighbors, your Building Manager, if applicable, & / or your Postal Carrier to see if they are able to help you locate your package. I ship all Orders in good faith, to the address you provide. Once your Order has been relinquished to the Post Office I no longer have control over ensuring it reaches it's destination. I appreciate your understanding of this policy.

The Felted Ewe proudly offers Premium Natural Core Wool Batt! This particular Batting contains little to no Vegetable Matter ( VM ). Core Wool is used for the centers of larger pieces. Your Colored wool fibers are then needle felted over the top, this allows your Colors to go farther! We do not recommend using these fibers for clothing items as they may irritate the skin. Due to the nature of the cleaning process, some vegetable matter may have been left behind. These fibers have been commercially carded. Wool carding, using a Commercial or Drum Carder, is the process of brushing the wool with wire teeth, in this case, to form webs of fiber sheets that have been layered on top of one another & to remove larger pieces of vegetable matter from the wool. Used by Professional Artists & Beginners alike, We've got the right type of Core Wool for all your Needle Felting projects!
