Can I sell your items commercially in my small business shop?

Yes! Every purchase includes a limited commercial license for small businesses to create up to 100 physical items (shirts, signs, totes, mugs, ornaments, cards) per design. Strict License Terms: • All physical products must be produced in-house by your small business. • NO Print-On-Demand (POD): You may never upload our artwork to third-party printing/fulfillment services (such as Printify, Printful, Amazon Merch, TeeSpring, or Zazzle). • NO Digital Reselling or Transfers: You may not resell, share, alter, redistribute, or package these digital files in any format, nor sell ready-to-press transfers (sublimation/screen-print sheets) without an extended license.

My files aren't downloading or are not working with my program

Digital downloads must be accessed using a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) on a computer, tablet, or phone browser, as the Etsy mobile app does not currently support direct digital file downloads. 1. Log into your Etsy account via any web browser -> Go to Purchases and Reviews. 2. Click Download Files next to your order. 3. Unzip the downloaded folder to access all formats (SVG, PNG, DXF, and Sublimation PDF). If a file fails to open, it likely timed out during download. Simply delete the file, restart your browser, and re-download. If you still run into trouble, message us directly and we will help get it sorted out right away!

I didn't get an SVG with my order

No. Mockups showing glitter, metallic, or foil effects represent physical project inspiration using specialty heat-transfer materials (like Cricut or Siser Glitter HTV). All downloaded cut files contain clean, solid vector layers optimized for cutting machines. To get that sparkle on your finished physical product, simply load your favorite glitter vinyl onto your cutting mat! We do not offer custom manual file edits or glitter texturing via message.

Can I resell, share, or digitize your digital files?

No. All purchases are for your personal crafting or small-business physical product creation only. You may NOT: • Resell, share, gift, trade, or distribute the raw digital files (SVG, PNG, DXF, PDF), in whole or in part, in any format. • Upload our files to file-sharing groups, dump sites, Google Drives, or membership platforms. • Modify, trace, or extract elements from our artwork to create new digital files for sale. • Digitize our graphics into embroidery files, punch-needle files, or ready-to-press transfers (sublimation, screen print, DTF sheets) for commercial resale without an explicit extended license. Shorts & Lemons retains the full copyright to all original vector illustrations and artwork. Infringements are monitored and repo

Will by purchase come glittered as shown on the example?

Are you designs originals?

Yes, 100%. Every single design in our shop is an original concept hand-drawn and vectorized from scratch by Paige in Adobe Illustrator. We hold copyright protection over all original artwork produced by Shorts & Lemons. Digital tracing, scraping, duplicating, or reselling our original vectors/PNGs is strictly prohibited.

Can you tell me what font you used for this design?

I don’t share the name of fonts I use to make designs.

How can I change the colors on my design?

You can easily customize any color in just a couple of clicks directly in your software: • Cricut Design Space: Upload the SVG file -> Click Ungroup at the top of your Layers Panel -> Select the color layer you wish to change (all matching elements are pre-grouped for you!) -> Pick your new color in the top toolbar. • Silhouette Studio: Open your file -> Right-click and choose Ungroup -> Click the shape you want to recolor -> Select your new color from the Fill Palette on the right. • Sublimation / PNG Users (Canva): Upload your 300 DPI PNG to Canva -> Select the image and click Edit Image -> Use the Duotone filter to tint or recolor the design to any custom shade.
