How long does it take to make an order?

I am working hard and usually custom pet portrait is ready to ship in two business days from the day when it was ordered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! I usually ship pet portraits abroad using regular mail and it may take up to 6 weeks to get to you. I can ship with Fedex/UPS as well for a fee that depends on the item ordered.

My order is a gift. Can you include a message with the parcel?

Yes! Include your message in the notes during checkout and I'll put it on a card for you.

Can you add background color to pet portrait?

Yes! I surely can! Since all pet portraits are custom we can discuss and fulfil most of your requests!

Processing time is up to one week.

3. Send me a photo of your beloved pet. I will need a good quality picture of your pet, it will help me to paint the details and make the picture more realistic.
Make sure that the light and position of your pet looks nice. You may submit a few photos so I can help you choose the right picture.
