Deliveries within the UK are sent by Royal Mail using first class post as standard. If you require prompter delivery, please notify us immediately.

Deliveries to Europe are sent tracked and signed for by Royal Mail. Someone will need to be available to receive the package.
Deliveries to the rest of the world are sent tracked.

Once despatched, we will send you the tracking barcode number so you can keep an eye on it's progress.

Royal Mail delivery policies can be found at www.royalmail.com. We cannot be held responsible for delivery hold ups once your order has been accepted by Royal Mail.

Please double check your delivery address to ensure it is correct because changes cannot be made after despatch.

All orders are wrapped in tissue and sent in a padded envelope, unless the order size requires a box or A4 envelope with cardboard insert.

We always send you a confirmation message upon despatch so you know your order is on its way.
