If requested I will send you a free digital proof within 2 working days of ordering. This will be sent through the Etsy messaging system. You can then reply to this message with your approval or design changes.

I will also send you a design proof if I am unsure about anything or if you've requested a different design to that shown on the listing, as I want you to be 100% happy with it.

Please reply to these emails as quickly as possible to avoid any delays in the dispatch of your order. If no response has been received after 24 hours I will proceed with the design that I feel best matches your requirements.

My production times are just 1-3 working days plus shipping times:

Shipping times are estimates based on information provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that, for international deliveries, packages may sometimes be delayed by customs inspections, bad weather and postal service issues, which are out of my control.

All jewellery is packaged in a gift box (made from recycled materials) and is ready for gifting.

If you are ordering as a gift and would like it sent directly to the recipient, I can include a personalised message along with the item (instead of the invoice). Simply leave the details on the checkout screen.

Please keep in mind that all international orders will require a customs declaration form to be attached to the outside of the parcel declaring the contents. If you are concerned about the recipient knowing the contents, please ensure someone can remove the label upon arrival.

All pictured designs are also easily customised e.g. if you would like a different font choice, a date instead of coordinates, different text etc this can be easily accommodated. Simply leave the details you'd like engraved in the "notes to Showstopper Supplies" text box on the checkout screen.

Due to the natural quality of wood and leather, grain and colour may vary between each product and may differ from that of the product image. This makes each product truly unique, however if you have a certain shade of wood in mind please get in touch and I'll do my best to accommodate this from what I have in stock.

Walnut wood can range from a rich coffee colour to a dark chocolate colour, I also offer cherry wood if you'd prefer a lighter finish.

WOOD - My wooden jewellery is finished with a coat of danish oil to protect against moisture however, submergence in water is not recommended and will cause lasting damage. The wood can be cleaned with a microfibre cloth.

METAL - Silver, gold, and bronze plated jewellery can be polished with a microfibre cloth and can be cleaned with some soapy water. Store your jewellery out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place. Remove before bathing or exercising to keep jewellery looking its best.

LEATHER - The Italian leather I use will age beautifully over time. Leather products can be cleaned with a damp cloth and polished with leather conditioner to keep the leather supple. Store leather items out of direct sunlight and in a cool dry place.
