Dear Customers, PLEASE!!! You have to follow the size guideline in order to get the perfect fit custom sized belt. For all personalized custom orders the hand measured size must be provided! The main problem with the wrong size is text engraving alignment. If the size will be wrong (even slightly) I cannot keep the text centered (on the outer part of the belt). PLEASE I cannot guaranty the correct text alignment if you send me a general belt size, pants size. The only way is to use a ruler tape and measure it by yourself. I posted guidelines with the images and descriptions. NO RETURNS ON WRONG BELT SIZES!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do wrap all items nicely with craft paper and jute cord. I do not print gift cards.

All belts are hand made with natural leather and hand tanned for every order. The belt will have a smell of natural inks and special oil/wax applied as a final layer. All ingredients are natural and do not contain chemicals. When you receive a belt you can clean it gently before fist use. - Use a clean rag (old t-shirt) - prepare slightly warm soapy water - rinse and squeeze out all water (please do not put the belt in water) - wipe the belt and let it dry Please do not add any other chemicals as it's natural leather. Chlorine may destroy the top coating and colors.

Custom and personalized orders

I can do a custom orders but I cannot 100% replicate the specific colors. The leather has a limited coloring way. Also please keep in mind what you see on a screen is 80-90% of real look. Cameras and screens has a tendency to change a colors and we see them in real life. All my belts are unique will have a slightly variation in color tones, because I tan every belt individually but do not use pre-tanned leather. I can make a custom color belt only from the colors I have on my etsy store. Personalized belts. I have a variety of belts with a personalization option. You have to provide the correct size for correct text alignment. I do not accept any returns on custom or personalized orders! It's not possible to recycle leather.

It’s best to measure your dog to make sure you get the collar that fits them perfectly. Take a flexible tape measure and place around your dog’s actual neck (not their existing collar). If your dog is between sizes, then it’s best to go 1" up.

Short version: this is a terrific, top-notch Etsy shop ran by a really nice person. And what a pretty collar they made for my dog! Long version: So I followed the instructions and messaged Valeri my very particular specifications for a collar when I made the purchase. I was kinda surprised when I opened my package (she had finished and got it shipped faster than I expected) and there were two collars in there! What happened was they accidentally got started on a collar that was just slightly — slightly! — different from my requested specs. So they made the one I wanted *exactly* how I wanted, but then in a very kind and generous move, they completed the errant collar in a fun, similar way and included it with my order!! I was floored. Such a nice thing to do. This is a great shop that we should all patronize, and often.
