Wreaths can be displayed indoors or outdoors but not all the accents can withstand direct exposure to the elements. The wreath should be protected from direct elements (including strong winds, rain, snow, direct sunlight, etc.) to protect and help prolong the life of your wreath, we highly recommend placing or hanging wreath under a covered porch/overhang to protect it.

After shipping, on a windy day, or after being stored for the season, the wired ribbon may need to be reshaped. I suggest just running your index and middle finger along the wired edge to shape it.

Is the wreath a gift for someone? While we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, we can ship the package directly to the recipient with a personalized note. In the "Note to Seller" section at checkout please leave the following information:
1.Message you want put on the card.
2. Name of the person giving the gift.

IMPORTANT: Starting March 1st I will only be shipping wreaths through USPS on Tuesday and Friday. So when ordering make sure you calculate the time it takes for me to make the product and it will go out either that Tues. or Fri.

Due to DesignsByDutches being a small business, I am not able to offer refunds at this time. If your item is lost or broken in the mail, we can file a claim with USPS for a full refund.

You may cancel you order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, I can no longer cancel the order for you.

All wreath items in the shop come with a time frame of 10-14 days to prepare. That time is extended during busy holiday periods. If a wreath is needed by a certain day be sure to message me before purchase to make sure I can accomadate the need by date.

RTS (Ready to Ship) items will ship out the the next Tuesday or Friday after purchase.

All onesies and T-Shirts come with a time frame of 7-10 days unless otherwise stated or other arrangements were made.

My calculated shipping fees are done to give you a option to choose the cheapest or fastest way to ship. AK and HI have proven to take longer than the 9 days promised by USPS.
