Custom and personalized orders

All items are custom-made in our studio. Any item can be customized to your needs and unique body measurements. - please provide your bust/waist/hips measurements and your height in the comments. We will help you to choose the right size or your outfit will be made-to-measure. - to customize your garment – please indicate any alterations such as adjustments in item length, sleeve length, adding or removing pockets, etc. that might be necessary. - please choose the desired fabric and color from our catalogue for any model you prefer.

We use Oeko-Tex certified 100% European linen fabrics which guarantees you that it meets human - ecological requirements. The fabric is already washed and softened linen and will shrink no more. - Gentle machine wash on low temperatures with soft washing agents. - Machine drying in the most gentle way, please use cool temperature. Avoid overdrying. - No ironing required to maintain relaxed and wrinkled texture.

International Shipping & Customs Policy

The recipient of an international order (outside of Israel) is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for full details before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or missed communication from customs or the shipping provider, the customer will be held responsible for all return shipping costs, handling fees, and any charges incurred. These amounts will be deducted from any applicable refund or exchange. Please note: orders that are not collected will not be eligible for a refund.

All Shantima garments are made to order, allowing us to offer both standard sizes and custom adjustments for the best possible fit.

We provide standard sizes from XXS to 3XL, suitable for petite, regular, and plus size customers. The size chart is available in the product photos.

Even when you choose a standard size, your garment is still individually made for you, so we can adjust the fit based on your body measurements.

For the best fit, we recommend leaving the following in the order notes:

Height • Bust / Chest • Waist • Hips • Preferred garment length (if needed)

This allows us to slightly adapt the garment so it fits comfortably and naturally.
