How do I get free shipping?

Every order of US$100 ships free every day! Free shipping is by UPS Ground (US) and by FedEx Intl Economy (Canada). US customers: code FREESHIP100 will apply automatically at check out. Canadian customers please use CANFREESHIP at check out.

May I pick up my order or request for hand delivery?

In the event of severe weather and other emergencies, our mail center may permit pick up or hand deliver to nearby zip codes. Please make an appointment with us. It is conveniently located in Manhattan close by Washington Square Park (subway B,D,F,M,A,C,E). For security, the mail center is protected by video surveillance. Uber/Lyft fees and GPS tracking will apply.

How do I place a rush order?

Please send your dates (wedding day and latest in hand), quantity of items and your shipping address for a quote. Our quote will include UPS Next Day (US) or FedEx International Priority/Express (all other countries). We are a paper atelier creating high quality, unique and copyrighted products in New York City. None of our products are manufactured in factories. We ship directly to you from our studio in New York City. We accept rush orders on case-by-case basis and advise giving a 1-2 week lead time during peak wedding season March-Oct for production and delivery.

Are you able to ship directly to my planner or venue?

Yes! We work with planners, coordinators and florists, and for your convenience, we may ship directly to them with tracking. Please add their name and address to your account and select that option for shipping when you check out. For destination weddings, we may ship by FedEx International (Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, NZ, Australia) or by US Postal Service (Hawaii, Puerto Rico). If you are traveling with wedding items, we recommend placing the box in your hand carry luggage. If you wish to repack, we suggest you repurpose the box to use as padding with bubble/clothing/towel for additional safety.

How many cones should I buy for the wedding?

Our cones start from US$2 each and for tossing along the aisle, at least 2-3 per row. Outside a venue, 30-50 or more. Please consult with your planner or florist before making a purchase. Quantity starts from 1 so you may order 12, 24, 36 and so on... instead of 10, 20, 30 only. And for buyers outside the US, the exchange rate is clearer. Cones with ribbon are sold seperately from cones only. We have other useful info and tips in Item Details for everyone.

How do I customize my order?

Customizing is easy! Send your logo file, clear and sharp. Pick your colors. We may design a logo for you. It depends. First proof is complimentary. Additional proofs are $15-$25 depending on changes required. For programs, menus and other custom day-of stationery, free editing is available, send draft text with your design brief.
