Yes i do ship internationally. USPS First Class International can take up to 6 weeks for a package to arrive depending on what country the item is going to. Sometimes it takes less time but please be prepared should it take a little longer. You will have a tracking number but often the package can only be tracked until it leaves the US. For USPS Priority International Express International it can take up to 3 weeks for a package to arrive. Depending on what country the item is going to, it may take a little less time.

Who's responsible for customs fees and import taxes?

The buyer is responsible for customs fees and import taxes. It is illegal for the seller to pay customs fees and import taxes on an item entering a country.
