Where are your stickers made?

I'm so happy you asked! We do :) We design, print and cut all wall decals in our small studio here in lovely Helsinki, Finland.

All of our packages are shipped from Finland with UPS Standard and will be delivered to your door (or a pick up point in case you are not home). If you are in a hurry, you will have the option to upgrade to UPS Express Shipping upon checkout. We offer tracking to all of our shipments, tracking number can be found on your Shipping Notification. Please note that Shipping times are just estimations given by the shipping company and do not include the time used for Customs procedures on the country of destination. That means that sometimes it may take longer (or shorter) depending on where you live.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We use cardboard envelopes / tubes to make sure the decals arrive safe and sound to your home. They look so lovely that can be used as a gift if needed. However, if you want us to send your order as a gift, please let us know in the order comments box upon checkout! (so we don't include the invoice inside the package) When ordering more than one product, everything will be sent in one single pacakge by default. If you want to have them in separate packages or wish to include a special note inside, please let us know in the Order Comments box upon checkout.

What are your wall stickers made of?

Great question, our wall stickers are made of: Clay-mineral coated paper for main part of the sticker (FCS-certified) Solvent-free latex inks for the colours (Greenguard Gold certified) Water based emulsion acrylic for the adhesive

What if my order got damaged during transportation?

If there is anything visibly wrong with the stickers you have received, just send us an email with few photos showing the damage - of both the product and the packaging - and we'll fix straight away with a replacement. Also, do not throw the parcel away in case the courier needs it to assess the damage. Please note that we will not send replacements if there are no photos to proof the damage.

I live in the US, do I need to pay taxes or customs fees upon receiving the order?

No, there will not be extra charges at deliver, all our prices already include 15% duties and customs fees.

Q: Can I use these on textured walls?

We're afraid our stickers won't work very well on strongly textured walls, unfortunately. The rougher the texture is the more air will be trapped in between the sticker and the wall, resulting in poorer adhesion. A light texture is usually fine, specially if the texture is soft and round so that it offers enough surface for the decals to attach to. If you have doubts and want to hear our comments, you can always send us a photo of your wall (with something included as a reference point to show size).

Q: Can I reuse or reposition these wall decals?

It really depends on the sticker size and design, but generally you can easily reposition the decals few times (just make sure you peel them off carefully to avoid any ripping).

Please note that the adhesive hardens slightly after the first 48 hours on the wall. So if you need to reposition them, we recommend that you do it as soon as possible after installation. This especially applies to our bigger wall stickers, which will become more difficult to reposition as time passes.

Q: Are your decals easy to remove?

In the vast majority of cases our wall decals can be easily removed without any issues. However, it’s important to understand that each wall is a unique and we can’t guarantee perfect removal in all cases. Three main factors affect removability:
Smoothness of wall: the smoother it is the stronger the decals stick
Quality of paint and wall: older walls with many layers of hardened paint are the safest
Time attached: all adhesives harden slightly with time
As with any adhesive product, use wall decals at your own risk.

These wall decals are so cute! We just painted our daughter’s room and moved her into her ‘big girl’ bed; these are the perfect finishing touch for the walls above the bed! There was a shipping error and we were sent the wrong set; but Alba was super quick to respond and sent out the correct set right away. Couldn’t have been a smoother process.
