Yes, all our items are high quality 0.925 Sterling Silver . They are NOT plated .

Can you guarantee shipping times?

That depends. For shipments within the US only EXPRESS shipments are guaranteed by USPS with a 1-2 day lead-time. Priority and First Class mail is NOT guaranteed . For International shipments it is not possible to guarantee shipping times as each country has it's own customs procedures which we can not control.

I want an option/combination I can not see , is that possible ?

Yes, since we cut all our chains to size we can accommodate any chain length. If you see a chain design on one item which you would like to combine with another charm, please contact us.
