5. I will contact you on Etsy with a preview of your custom design to confirm. Please monitor your emails. If I don't get a reply within 24 hrs, I will embroider the proposed design as is because our products ship withing 3 days max and we need time to adjust if you have change requests.

*Metallic and glow-in-the-dark threads are also available.

POLICIES:

1. Processing time: Your item will be ready in 1-3 days.

2. MagicSpool reserves the right to use any photograph/video of your embroidered product in our future marketing. Please let me know if you don't want your pictures used for marketing and I will remove photos/videos of your embroidered item from our marketing materials.

3. Cancellations & Refunds. You can cancel/refund your personalized order before we start embroidering your design. Once the item has been personalized (embroidered) for you, it cannot be undone and the item cannot be offered to anybody else. We hope for your understanding.

-We always contact customers to confirm their designs prior to stitching them out.

Personalized designs are made with our existing graphics and personalized with your text, names, dates, etc. Imagine a wedding picture frame with personalized dates and names and with our existing graphics of wedding bands or a couple.

Custom artwork is a new design, new graphics, either re-designed or created from scratch for you. It can also include your personalization such as names and dates, etc, but doesn't have to.

For physical items, our processing time is 1-3 business days. This is the time we need to create, digitize, design or redesign, and embroider or paint your custom artwork. It could be as soon as 1 day or as long as 3 days depending on the complexity of work.

After that, your order ships out immediately from MagicSpool to you.
