Can I put contact info on the back of the tag?

Yes if it’s a metal tag. No extra charge. Include your info in a note to thRUFFty Pup at checkout. You can find what will fit on the back of the tag by reading the information in the listing. Acrylic tags cannot have info on the back of the tag.

HELP! There is a mistake!

If there is a mistake with your order and it turns out it is MY fault, I will absolutely without a doubt replace your tag for you. Mistakes happen- I'm only *nearly* perfect.

When can I expect my order?

You will DEFINITELY receive your order within the timeframe given- however, nearly 90% of the time it ships same day or next day. I fill orders every day (except weekends because, well, weekends.) Depending on what time an order is placed Friday, it will ship out Monday. I try to stick with this schedule, however here is a list of things that can happen that can disrupt that schedule: - A surge and backup of orders. Retail is so unpredictable! (especially around any holiday!) - A delay in the arrival of my shop supplies. - Check your email! I'm trying to get in touch with you! - LIFE.
