In general: * All charms/pendants are either stainless steel or silver colored metal alloy as noted in the specific listing. * All custom charms/pendants are laser engraved stainless steel. * All chain necklaces and bracelets (and components like clasps, etc.) are stainless steel. * All bangles are stainless steel. * All ear wires are stainless steel.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within the United States: Enjoy low flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders with FREE standard shipping on all orders over $35! No coupon code required. International Shipping: Refer to Announcement section on our Etsy shop home page for shipping rates and additional info. How quickly will my order ship?

Your order will be ready to ship in 1-3 business days. Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days) and includes tracking. UPGRADES: USPS Priority (2-3 days), FedEx Express Saver* (3 days), USPS Priority Express (1-2 days), and FedEx 2Day* upgrades are also available at checkout for an additional charge. *M-F delivery. International Shipping: Standard shipping is via USPS first class international (average of 14-31 days, but could take longer) and includes delivery confirmation. Please note that delays in customs are common and should be expected. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. (Note: 1-3 days processing time must be added to the USPS shipping times for total shipping time estimate.)

Can I request to get my order quicker and can you estimate when it will arrive?

Yes, if you are shipping within the United States and you need your order by a certain date just send us a convo BEFORE you place your order letting us know what DATE you need your order by and the ZIP CODE it will be shipping to. We’ll let you know how quickly we can make your item and the USPS estimated delivery date* to your zip code. When requested, we’ll do our best to expedite orders whenever we can! *Note: USPS and FedEx delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Can you stamp on the back side of custom date or message charms?

Yes! Now that we offer laser engraving, we can engrave on the back side of our stainless steel charms and pendants. Contact us prior to placing your order if the item doesn’t show this as an option.
