This is a part 'in the hoop' design, you will need to make the pompoms separately and attach the bee parts to the pompom

Once finished you will have a 3-inch bee pompom with 7 inch wingspan excluding the hanging loop

You will need to attach parts to the pompom using adhesive, I used a glue gun

4x4 hoop
Medium weight tear away stabiliser
Clear vinyl (I use table covering)
Coloured Felt –
• Black felt x 2 pieces 3 x 3 inches
• grey felt for wings x 2 pieces 3 x 4 inches
Embroidery thread – Black, white and matching black bobbin
Glue gun
Applique scissors
Thread or ribbon to hang your decoration (upholstery needle if adding loop to head)
1 ready-made black & yellow medium sized pompom I use a clover size 65
Tape
Needle
Small amount of stuffing for head

This Embroidery Design is not a finished product.

It is a digital file for use with an embroidery machine.

You must have an embroidery machine in order to use this design and hardware to transfer it to your machine. This file is an instant download.

The Zipped file you will receive will contain PES, JEF, HUS, VP3, DST, EXP & XXX options. Please keep the format you need and delete the rest saving your computer memory from being clogged with files you do not need

All of my designs are designed by myself and then stitched out by me and my testers so we can iron out any creases before putting them up for sale

This is a really fun decoration to make. The item is made up with two processes. The first you make the pompom; then all the other parts are made on the embroidery machine using felt. It is a really summery project and can be used for decorating in the home or an outdoor area. Will be making more of these beautiful bees very soon.
