Can I change the wording?

• Sure! Most of our invitations are FULLY customizable to your needs. We can change the wording to whatever you'd like, just send us the exact text in the 'personalization' box.

Are your invite PDF's editable?

• No, sorry. We love to work closely with our customers to create a perfectly customized invitation for their needs. *** Many of our designs are now available on Corjl, meaning you can purchase and edit your own files instantly!

• Text colors can be changed to whatever you'd like. • Changing colors of our invite designs will incur a fee. (Depending on the invite) Please message me before you place an order.

Can you change the design around?

• No, sorry! Changing the design of an invite is like making a whole new invitation. • If you'd like a custom design please send us a custom order for pricing! Thanks.

Do you accept refunds, returns &/or cancellations?

• Cancellations and Refunds are only available if we have not sent out your 1st proof. We do NOT offer refunds for any other reasons. • No cancellations/returns or refunds will be given on Instant Download items. • We do not accept returns on printed/digital items

Design & Print Approval

• We offer unlimited revisions. PLEASE review your information very carefully when submitting info and receiving proofs. We are NOT responsible for any errors or typos that were approved by you during the proofing process. • For Digital files: Once proof is approved, we will send you a link to download your print ready files. Any changes that are needed after final is sent, may incur additional fees.
