We accept custom orders for our cookies, stencils and cookie cutters :) If you don't see anything you need from the shop and have something specific in mind, let me know!

Returns and Exchanges

All our cookies, stencils and cookie cutters are made to order, specially for you! So unfortunately we do not accept any cancellations or returns once your order has been placed as we do begin processing your order once this is in our queue. But if you receive a damaged item, let us know and we will assist you immediately!

USA & International Shipping and Delivery Info

Your delivery time depends on where you reside, but as a general rule by standard mail within North America it will be between approx 4-9 business days and up to an estimated 30 business days everywhere else. Please see each individual listing or your order invoice for our current processing time and your estimated ship-by date. All USA orders will come with a tracking number. Most International orders will come with a tracking number as well depending on availability through our partner couriers. If your order will come with tracking, you will be able to view it through your order history once the package has been shipped to you.

Canada Shipping and Delivery Info

Your delivery time depends on where you reside and what you purchase. Please see current shop processing time on each individual listing. If you purchased CUTTERS or CUTTERS & STENCILS, these are sent by Regular parcel with tracking info and takes about 2-7 business days depending on where you live. If you need Overnight or Extra fast shipping, UPS option is available upon checkout for 1-2 business days delivery.

Can I Expedite the delivery of my items?

You can upgrade to Expedited shipping (depending on your country of residence) during the checkout process. Please note that Expediting your shipping *does not* affect our processing times which remain fixed. This will only ensure you get it quicker once your box ships out. As each cutter is printed to order, our processing times reflect our current order queue status. If you do need your order sooner than the stated processing time and delivery time, let us know before purchase so we can see if we might be able to help you.

The overall template size is 5.5" x 5.5" square. Our stencils are made with durable 7.5mil Mylar foodsafe plastic sheets and are translucent in nature. These will fit the Stencil Genie.

All our stencils are made to order, we do not keep them in stock but we do begin processing your order as soon as you have placed it!
