SIZING INFO ON BOTTOMS

Pro Cut is our most popular style bottom and is most flattering for NPC/IFBB competitions. A bottom can be customized by combining different front and back sizes as well as the crotch length you prefer. A common request is a Medium front (more coverage) with a Small back to show more glutes. XSMALL Fits 32-36" hips. 15½" crotch length Recommended for 5' 5" height and under SMALL Fits 32-38" hips. 16½" crotch length Recommended for over 5' 5" height or those wanting higher front/back coverage MEDIUM Fits 35-40" hips. 17½" crotch length For easy fitting close to the show, back straps have extra length allowing for up to 3 inch total measurement adjustment. It is an easy alteration you can have done or sew it yourself.

GENERAL RULES FOR TOPS: For a natural bust, go with a larger size or more coverage. It is safer to have more fabric and add padding or scrunch than to not have enough coverage. Implants can get away with less coverage. The XS is only recommended for girls under 5' 3". Otherwise it may look too small in proportion to your body. XS (A cup to a small B cup) SMALL (B to DD cup) For natural A-B cups or augmented C up depending upon coverage desired. Small has less side coverage than Medium. MEDIUM (B-DD Cup) For full B cups that want to add extra push up padding or C-D cups natural or augmented that want more side coverage than the Small. LARGE (D Cup and Larger) For natural or augmented D Cup and larger that want the most coverage.

You will need a soft tape measure or you can use a string to measure around yourself and then hold it against a yardstick or construction tape measure to get the measurements. Hold the tape/string snug around, not too tight or loose. For Bust, Under Bust, and Glutes, keep the tape measure in a straight line parallel to the ground and measure all the way around your body from the back to the front.

MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS

BUST: Measure around the widest part of your chest. UNDER BUST: Measure around your rib cage below your breasts. GLUTES: Stand with feet together and measure the widest part of your glute/hip/butt. LEG/HIP: Measure where the leg opening is going to sit on you all the way around thru the crotch up to where you want the side connectors to sit on your hip. Higher up on the hip for Wellness or if you prefer the sides pulled higher, lower if you want a straighter waistline. CROTCH LENGTH: Starting in front where you want the top of the bottom to start, measure all the way thru your crotch, snug up between your buttocks to where you want the top of the back. Our standard crotch lengths are: XS 15.5" Small 16.5" Medium 17.5"

Sliding Triangle Top includes Lightweight Foam Bra Pads that fit into pockets in the opening in the lining. Pads are removable and can be replaced, or you can add more padding.
