If you ordered a custom file, personalized by us, please look for an Etsy Convo or an email from rainylaindesigns@gmail.com with your proof. If you do not receive your proof within the turnaround time listed in the shop announcement, please check your spam/junk folder and/or contact us to check on the status.

*INSTANT DOWNLOAD FILES*

If you ordered an instant download, you should have received an automated email from Etsy with a link to download your file(s) immediately after placing your order. If not, you can access your file(s) through your Etsy account on a desktop (not mobile device). Here's how: Once you're logged in, click on "Your Account" > "Purchases & Reviews" and scroll to the order you want to download. Click the black button on the right that says "Download Files." PDF files can be edited with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on your computer. They cannot be edited on a mobile/handheld device or using any other program. Adobe Reader is a FREE, quick, and easy download/install. Just copy/paste this link into your browser and follow the prompts: https://get.adobe.com/reader Once you download your file, 1. 'Open With' Adobe Reader on your computer. Do not open the file with Preview or any other program. 2. Click in the light blue highlighted area and type your text. *Highlight text and press 'Control E' (PC) or 'Command E' (Mac) to edit the font, color, size, etc. *Use 'Save As' to save your work. *The blue boxes do not print.

If you ordered a file that is editable online using Corjl, you will receive an automated email from Corjl with a link to edit and download your file. Please contact us via Etsy Convo or email (rainylaindesigns@gmail.com) if you do not receive an email from Corjl. Please NOTE: CORJL has informed us that Etsy is not processing orders as quickly as they have in the past, so unfortunately, emails with links may take up to 20 minutes to arrive in your inbox. This is especially true during the holiday seasons. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

Your file(s) can be printed at home or at your favorite local/online print center. JPEG invitation files can be sent electronically (via email, text, an electronic invitation service, etc.) to your invitees. I recommend printing most files on medium to heavy card stock. Some sign files can be printed on regular paper and framed. Most home and office files can be printed on regular 8.5x11 (letter size) paper.

Multiple Tags or Invites Per Page

After you edit and save your file in Corjl, click the download button. Choose PDF from the drop down menu, then make sure the "Print Multiples Per Page if Possible" box is checked.
