-Why should I order the kit from you?

We are providing a service to our European clients, we are genuinely interested in providing you with a good experience will do our best to resolve any issues.

We list only what we have in stock and have already performed a Kit control before listing. Therefore, our clients do not have to worry about missing colors. If there are quantity issues at the end of the project, please notify us and we will ship the extra drills necessary to complete the project without delay. We have found that our supplier provides about 30% more drills than necessary for completing the project. Therefore, you will get the best quality kit faster from us than if you ordered from China yourself.

The language that we speak in our home is Italian and English.

If there is an issue, it can be resolved within a couple of days. For example, if you run out of drills for a certain color, we will send it to you quickly. If you are dealing with China, you will have to wait up to 2 months!!

The kits we order originate from China, we have selected a company that provides what we consider the best quality materials and longtime rapid service record.

We have decided to specialize in only round drills, they have fewer quality issues and we wish to provide a good experience for all our clients.

-What is the ‘Kit Check’ you do?

So, our kit check includes
* Checking that drills are correct & replace any that may be missing
* repace broken or damaged box.
* Repackage, to ensure your kit is received in the best possible condition.
