Yes! I'd be happy to put together a custom study guide for your next big exam if you provide me with the subjects you are learning. Turnaround time from the day you place your order to receiving your order (up to 3 pages of custom notes) is usually about 2 weeks. Pricing varies.

Where are my study guides?

If you don't see your study guides in your email after payment is confirmed, it may be in your spam folder or could have gotten sent to an email you no longer use. If you logged into your etsy while checking out, they can be found under your orders but if you checked out as a guest, they would have been sent to the email you checked out with. Please contact me if you need help locating your guides!

Can I return my purchase?

I do accept returns/refunds for non-digital, non-custom items. Initial and return (if I create a shipping label for you) shipping costs are not refunded. Item(s) must be received in resalable condition to be eligible for the maximum refund. If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery of your purchase and ship the item(s) within 14 days of delivery (proof of return shipment required such as tracking number).

Shipping & Lost Package Policy

By purchasing any physical shipped item from my shop, the buyer agrees that it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and that the address is a safe place for packages to be left by the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). If there is an obvious error in the shipping address, I will make every attempt possible to verify the address and give the buyer opportunities to correct the address (through both Etsy messages and email). If no response is provided from the buyer in a timely manner (about 72 hours), the order will either be shipped to the address provided or cancelled.
