I ordered weeks before my wedding and never received the shipment. There was no proper tracking and for the last 7 days I’ve been following up and the tracking details just show in transit, must be coming by a washed up bottle from the shore as no courier/ shipping should take in excess of 2-3 weeks. Highly disappointed and have been left without this for my wedding. Ps I work for DHL Express so I’m pretty well versed on the shipping industry. Zero stars from me.

I understand that you are disappointed that there was shipping delay which is out of our control. But lets please be honest about what happened. This package is shipped internationally to Dubai. You ordered on Saturday, May 11th and I shipped the order on the next business day (Monday the 13th). You asked how long the shipment would take and I responded that I am not sure since this is international. I suggested an upgrade to priority mail. You did not opt for the priority mail. I provided the proper USPS tracking info and always responded quickly to your emails. We have never received a negative review before. The complaint is not about the quality or the service, but about a shipping delay which is out of our control. I hope you receive the shipment in time for your wedding. I am sure you will love our product.
