How do I clean my molds without scratching them?

Use masking tape to lift out lint without scratching the mold. Try not to touch the inside of the mold when dry. Soap and water if needed.

What kind of silicone do we use?

We use Platinum Cure Silicone with a 20 shor hardness. It is translucent enough to allow UV light to pass through, which allows you to use these molds for UV resin also.

Can I use these molds for low-temp casting or polymer clay?

Yes! You can bake polymer clay in these molds, and you can cast some low-melt temp alloy mediums. Be aware, the mold won't be ideal for resin after used for these uses. Best to have one for each medium. ie polymer clay, low temp melt metals, wax and soap, concrete

● It's best to pour a thin layer of clear and let it cure before using things like dried flowers, chunky glitter, or other inclusions. This gives a protective layer so you don't have anything poking thru the front, and gives a nice sleek finish every time!
