* Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Royal Mail. Domestic orders are sent via 2nd class mail. (no tracking) All International orders will be sent via Royal mail economy delivery service, without tracking, because the price difference is significantly high. Thanks for your understanding.

Pls. let me know if you need a tracking number, then the delivery charges will be slightly higher.

* It takes approximately 2-3 business days for UK deliveries, 7-10 days to Europe and 2-3 weeks for other international economy delivery service, but delays may occur during busy times or special days (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.) or due to local postal services, weather conditions, etc.


***Please check once again that your shipping address is correct and there's no missing information. I am not responsible for non-deliveries because of missing address information.

***We will let you know when the shipping company cannot find you at the address provided by you. They keep your package for a certain time. If you don't respond to our message in 2 days, they will have to destroy your package. (This is a common rule of shipping companies in express deliveries) It's the buyers' responsibility to collect their packages from the post office. We are not responsible for these kinds of delays and refunding is not possible in these situations.

***International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Please check once again the custom regulations of your country.

***Please read the item description carefully. If you have any questions, you can send us a convo and we will answer as quick as possible. If you couldn't get an answer in 1 hour please wait for 8-10 hours depending on your time zone. We might bee sleeping :)

***Once your package leaves UK, it is out of our control and unfortunately we can't make any changes on your delivery address so please enter an address that you or some other person will be available to receive the package when it arrives. Your package will be shipped to your address written on your Etsy receipt. Please make sure your address is correct.

***For standard shipping, when there's no recipient at the delivery address, a notice will be left to pick your item from your local post office. Please contact them as quick as possible, before the package is sent back to us.

***If the returned item is not a custom order, we will e-mail the buyer and wait for 7 days for an answer. We will list the item again if we can not get any answers. If the buyer wants us to send it again, the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Shipping cost is non refundable for these items.

***If your order is damaged during shipment or if you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us with any concerns before leaving feedback and we will gladly help.

*Your purchase as a gift will be wrapped in a craft paper envelope and sealed with a sticker.
